Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream & Yogurt on Nov. 2 opened a new location in Flower Mound that serves a variety of frozen treats near the intersection of Cross Timbers and Long Prairie roads.
The Ohio-based company features ice cream made fresh on-site each day. In addition to a variety of ice cream flavors, the shop serves yogurt, sherbet and flavored ices.
Ice cream flavors range from the simple—chocolate, vanilla and strawberry—to a number of specialty options such as mocha almond fudge.
Customers can ask about vegan options as well, according to the company website.
