Teltech Group, a telecomm asset management and supply chain service company, has signed a lease for a nearly 200,000-square-foot space at 1901 Lakeside Parkway, Flower Mound.

The company has recently expanded to deliver technology solutions for government agencies, disaster relief and health care, according to a July 1 release by Transwestern Real Estate Services. Teltech has main offices in Texas and Colorado and has grown its workforce to roughly 170 since its creation in 1999, per the release. The company has other locations nationwide.
