IQ Cardio opened May 20 at 3305 Long Prairie Road, Flower Mound. The gym offers 30-minute indoor workouts composed of rowing, biking, running and climbing. Customers must reserve a time slot online to book a workout. Due to the coronavirus, the business is limiting its occupancy to 25% as per Gov. Greg Abbott’s latest guidelines.
