In pandemic-era change, Highland Village offers drive-thru Easter egg hunt

The city of Highland Village is switching up its annual Easter egg hunt event, opting for a drive-thru format this year to reduce potential exposure to the coronavirus.

The event will take place this year 10 a.m.-noon March 27 at Copperas Branch Park, 101 Highland Village Road.


Registration is free and provides one Easter egg basket per child, with the contents of each basket depending on the child’s age group.

To register for this year’s drive-thru event, visit this site and be prepared to show proof of residency.

New name and menu overhaul for Tavern on the Plaza in Lewisville
