The Texas Book Festival will give the library $2,500 as part of the organization’s Collections Enhancement Grant Program. The program is designed to “enhance or develop [a library’s] materials collection and to encourage reading in your community,” according to town documents.

The grant will also go toward establishing an Urdu language collection, documents state.
