Emily Sneed will begin her tenure as Medical City Lewisville’s chief nursing officer Nov. 27.

Career history

Sneed has more than 17 years of nursing experience, according to a news release from Medical City Lewisville.

She began her HCA Healthcare career in 2009 as a registered nurse at Medical City Plano and has held several roles, including nurse educator, assistant nurse manager and nurse director.

Prior to her new role, Sneed served as Medical City Plano’s assistant chief nursing officer.


She earned a master’s in nursing from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Missouri State University.
