Coppell residents once again have the opportunity to provide feedback on dining and retail options within the city.

A survey to gather feedback from the community opened May 2 and runs through May 16, according to a city news release.

The overview

The goal of the survey is twofold: to identify residents’ favorite places to eat and shop, and new offerings they would like to see come to the city, per the news release. Results from the survey will be used by city staff to update and develop strategies to pursue new restaurants and retail stores in the future.

“We’ve heard from residents that they’d like to see more restaurant and retail options in Coppell,” Director of Community Development Mindi Hurley said in the news release. “While we can’t guarantee that we can attract specific businesses, we are interested in learning about the kinds of options the community wants.”

City staff previously received feedback from a 2022 community satisfaction survey, which indicated residents wanted to see more dining options within the city.

What else?

The city has partnered with OnPointe Insights to conduct the anonymous survey, which can be accessed online using a computer, phone or tablet.
