Adults and kids 12 and up can learn how to turn sourdough discard into holiday cookies. The class will cover the basics of baking with sourdough discard, explore different recipes and give tips for flavoring, shaping and storing cookies. Participants will take home a box of freshly baked cookies and recipes.
