The background
The family-owned business is run by Brigitte and Jorge Da Rocha, according to a Facebook post from the city of Keller. Jorge was inspired to become a chef by his parents, who are also chefs in Venezuela.
Avila Taco is located in the space formerly occupied by LA Burger, which closed in mid-September.
