The Flower Mound-based restaurant, Grutogi Bistro, opened its Keller location.

The restaurant had a soft opening in early October with a grand opening event Oct. 11.

Grutogi Bistro’s menu ranges from bagels and sandwiches to salads and bowls. The restaurant also has specialty lattes and herbal teas. Its Keller location has exclusive menu items like the Shakerato Sparkle, an espresso cocktail with no alcohol.

The restaurant’s name, “Grutogi”, translates to “stump” in Korean, according to previous reporting, and the restaurant’s concept was inspired by The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein.

Grutogi Bistro is located in the space previously held by Two Brothers Winery, which closed in November 2024.
