Firebirds Wood Fired Grill coming to Alliance January 2022

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill will now open its new Alliance location at 2900 Amador Drive in Fort Worth at the end of January, the restaurant wrote in a Facebook message to Community Impact Newspaper. The restaurant had originally planned to open this location in 2020.

The American restaurant is known for its “scratch kitchen, bold flavors and inviting atmosphere,” according to its website. Some of Firebirds Wood Fired Grill’s signature menu items are hand-cut aged steaks, fresh seafood, specialty crafted cocktails and select wines.


Firebirds Wood Fired Grill has locations in 19 states, but the Alliance location will be its first in Texas. A phone number is not yet available. www.firebirdsinternational.com
