Maple Street Biscuit Co. is coming soon to 967 Keller Parkway with its expected completion Jan. 3, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration. Construction will begin Nov. 8 to remodel suites 4 and 5 into one space for the store, according to the TDLR.


The restaurant is known for its “comfort food with a modern twist” and offers a variety of biscuits, waffles and bowls. Maple Street Biscuit Co. has locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee in addition to one other Texas location in Frisco. 904-398-1004. www.maplestreetbiscuits.com
