Keller launched its community survey for residents to give feedback as city leaders begin the budget process for fiscal year 2022-23.

According to a March 23 Facebook post by the city, residents will have until April 13 to complete the survey. The survey can be done on a desktop, laptop or mobile device.

The Keller City Council initially approved distributing the survey at its Feb. 1 work session. Mobile Digital Insights created the survey, which cost the city around $8,000.

The CommunityView survey done by MDI asks about basic demographics, such as age, gender and marital status along with questions that allow residents to rank and judge topics, such as the city's direction, city amenities and basic city services. The survey also allows for some open-ended feedback.

The survey will take residents 10 minutes or less to complete, according to the post. To take the survey, click here.
