The first HTeaO in Roanoke is supposed to be completed by the end of the year, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

HTeaO, which serves specialty teas, will be located off US 377 where Schlotzsky's used to be. According to the TDLR filing, construction work is expected to begin in October and conclude in December.
The scope of work includes interior and exterior renovations worth $822,500.
