Zooming out

The Sam’s Club location in Grapevine underwent a major renovation after a tornado caused severe damage to the store in December 2022, according to previous Community Impact reporting. Renovations to that store included:
  • Larger signage
  • Merchandise in entryway and exit moved to endcaps, creating more space
  • Online-only options for purchase
  • Larger cafe space with more tables
As part of that renovation, the Grapevine Sam’s Club also transitioned to a cashier-less system where shoppers use an app to scan items and pay for them before leaving the store.
