Keller House Collective will soon feature a brewery on the first floor and a pizzeria on the second floor, according to a city news release.
The details
The establishment is set to open later this year and will offer craft beer, including low- and zero-alcohol beverages, and a menu that features hand-tossed, New Orleans-style pizza.
The news release states Keller City Council approved an economic incentive agreement with Keller House Collective at its March 4 meeting. As part of the agreement, City Council agreed to the following incentives:
- Covering the cost of the business’s gas line and meter and reimbursing their building permit fees
- Covering a portion of sales and personal property taxes over its first five years in operation
