Owner Patti Gibson has opened the doors of Pattea Lou’s Tea Room that features three different experiences in one storefront.

According to the business’s Facebook page, customers can choose from three different venues depending upon their needs:
  • A café area with daily service from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • A formal tea room that seats up to 34 people is available by reservation Thursday-Sunday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • A conference room that can be rented by the hour
A city news release states that customers can choose from several food and drink options that include:
  • More than 20 loose-leaf teas steeped to order
  • A variety of scones and macarons
  • Canned beverage options
  • Leonidas specialty chocolates imported from Belgium
According to the news release, the menu will also expand in the weeks ahead to include light lunch items, such as sandwiches and soups, and quick-serve iced teas for to-go customers in a hurry.

“Every moment I get to spend with my guests is incredible; that’s where I am supposed to be, serving people that way,” Gibson said. “It fills my cup.”
