West Bob Jones Road is being repaved in Southlake.

What's happening?

The asphalt has been removed and construction took the road down to its dirt base. While the road is open to traffic, makeshift traffic patterns have been put in place.

The road work is happening between North White Chapel Boulevard and T.W. King Road and started Aug. 4, according to the city website. The $522,206 project should be completed by Sept. 5, according to the city’s communication department.

Crews are monitoring traffic flow during school pickups and drop-offs at The Clariden School, according to the post.

The roadwork project is being completed by Reynolds Asphalt and Construction Co. from North Richland Hills.
