The developers behind Colleyville's latest subdivision, Oak Alley, broke ground on the project July 15. Oak Alley will be located at 1312 John McCain Road and 7309 N. Holly Lane in Colleyville on 43.54 acres. The land will be subdivided into 34 single-family residential lots and 10 open-space lots, according to plans filed with the city of Colleyville. The approved zoning for the development also allows for gated, private streets. Plans for the project were first approved by Colleyville City Council in June 2019. 817-724-7777. www.breathlesshomes.com
