Hudson House is set to open in Southlake in 2026.

The East Coach-inspired restaurant concept offers classic American comfort dishes and the “world’s coldest martini,” according to a news release.

Hudson House, operated by Vandelay Hospitality Group, will move into the spot vacated by RA Sushi, which closed inside the Park Village shopping center. According to the website, this will be the 11th Dallas-Fort Worth location since opening in 2017.

What’s happening?

The restaurant will feature a wraparound bar, outdoor patio, leather booths and a full oyster bar, according to a news release.

Options on the menu include avocado dip with ranch chips; cheeseburgers with American cheese, pickles and house-made Hudson sauce; chicken parm with parmesan reggiano; and the American Tuna Tower, with ahi tuna, avocado, cucumber and wasabi vinaigrette.

Along with the martini, the bar offers the Bleu & Gold, a drink with vodka, olive juice, bleu cheese salt and housemade bleu cheese olives. Another drink option is the Spicy Mexican, a mix of reposado tequila, jalapeño, cucumber and fresh lime.

In their own words
