What you need to know

The Trophy Club restaurant signed a multi-year agreement to become the official BBQ partner of Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth and will open an infield restaurant during the May 2-4 Würth 400 NASCAR tripleheader weekend, according to a news release. The infield location will be open throughout the 2025 events season.

The details

The menu at Texas Motor Speedway will offer brisket, turkey breast, pulled pork and the original and jalapeño cheddar sausage. It will also have the Texas Twinkie, a large jalapeño stuffed with cream cheese and smoked brisket and wrapped in thick-cut bacon, according to a news release.

Roy Hutchins, with his son Wes and grandson Zack, opened the restaurant in Trophy Club in 2023, according to previous reporting.

"Texas Motor Speedway is all about delivering unforgettable experiences for our fans, and bringing The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque on board as our Official BBQ Partner takes that to the next level,” Mark Faber, Texas Motor Speedway executive vice president/general manager said in a news release. “This partnership combines two Texas traditions—NASCAR racing and authentic slow-smoked barbecue—right in the heart of the action."
