James Hanger, co-owner of OG Cellars, said the business is now operating Thursday through Sunday while awaiting final permitting from the state to be open seven days a week.
The grand opening will be celebrated on Oct. 5, he said.

Grapevine City Council approved a conditional-use permit for the business during the May 21 meeting, which will allow it to store and sell wine on-site. The tasting room is the winery’s third location and second tasting room, with the other located in Wichita Falls.
According to city documents, there will be space for 104 indoor seats and 12 seats outdoors.

OG Cellars, based in Sunset, Texas, offers a private member wine club that provides discounts to members. Among the wines for sale are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Moscato, Aglianico, Tempranillo, Viognier, Zinfandel, Negroamaro, Moscato Rosé, Syrah, Muscat and White Blend.
The business occupies half of the old space previously occupied by DV8 The Salon, which moved to Colleyville.
