The shop sells macarons, sandwich cookies that are made from almond flour and have different fillings, as well as giant cookies and decorated cupcakes. All products are handmade fresh daily, owner Melody Davis said. Flavors include red velvet, cookie butter, chocolate sprinkles, strawberry shortcake, limoncello and more.
The new business filled the space that was formerly occupied by Paciugo Gelato Cafe.
Davis began baking macarons out of her home in 2021 before opening a location in Lufkin Mall and then expanding to Grapevine Mills. She plans to open another bakery at the NorthPark Center in Dallas in the future.
