A proposal for a new residential development will be presented at the July 19 Colleyville City Council meeting.

The subdivision named Greystone Manor has been proposed near the roundabout at McDonwell School Road and Westcoat Drive, according to a city news release. The request to rezone 59.47 acres from agriculture and single-family estate residential to a planned unit development residential district includes 56 lots.

Hat Creek Development stated in a letter to the city that home prices would start at about $2.5 million.

Multiple meetings are expected to take place to address issues related to density, traffic and stormwater management, according to the city. Public comments will be accepted during the meeting. People may also send comments to the city secretary's office at [email protected].

The July 19 meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. at city hall, 100 Main St. in Colleyville. The meeting’s agenda can be found here.
