Booth Creek Wagyu now sells steaks, brisket and other meats in Southlake.

The company is vertically integrated, meaning Booth Creek owns the entire meat creation process, starting from the ranch, to its feeding program, processing plant and retail shops, according to its website. Booth Creek knows where its beef comes from, said Kansas City Market Manager Mike French.

The Southlake store sells ground beef, roasts, ribs, hotdogs and jerky, per its website.

Booth Creek originally opened in Kansas and this marks its first store in Texas, French said.
