Sage Oak Assisted Living & Memory Care is now open. It has a total of 37 bedrooms split between two houses in Colleyville, Owner Loe Hornbuckle said.
“Because each house only has 16 people, we can treat residents as people,” he said. “We can take care of them holistically.”

The boutique senior living facility has a personal chef with a nationally recognized food program, Hornbuckle said.
