The Southlake location fills a spot that formerly housed The Ginger Man and Cowtown Brewery. The location has been vacant since Cowtown Brewery closed June 24, 2023. According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, the spot underwent $350,000 in renovations.
Bonsai Matcha representatives posted on Facebook that the business would be at the Solidcore grand opening celebration Oct. 11-12 in Southlake.
