121 Commerce Center, a new industrial warehouse, was completed in June off SH 114 in Grapevine, according to a news release from Cerris Builders, the company that constructed the facility.
The details
The warehouse facility is 262,184 square feet and designed to serve distribution, logistics and warehousing needs across the Dallas-Fort Worth region, the release states.
The building includes a large spec office and is located adjacent to major thoroughfares, including SH 26, SH 121 and I-635, according to the release.
