Lazi Cow will be opening in Town Center Colleyville later this summer, co-owner Kathy Kim said.

The shop will serve boba milk tea, smoothies, slushies, milkshakes, coffee drinks and taiyaki waffle desserts, Kim said. Taiyaki is a Japanese fish-shaped cake typically filled with a sweet filling.
During Lazi Cow's grand opening weekend, Kim said the store will give away free tumblers after customers follow Lazi Cow on Instagram and stop by to purchase a treat.
