The Westlake Town Council approved a planned development zoning district for Pin Stack at the April 1 meeting.

The Dallas-based company will open its first location west of I-35, near the city borders of Westlake and Roanoke. The business offers bowling, arcade games, laser tag, rock climbing walls, bumper cars and a rope course, according to its website.

The 53,360-square-foot venue will sit on a 5.5-acre plot of land, along the north side of Parish Lane and west of SH 170, according to town documents.

Pin Stack, which was formed in 2015, has other locations in Plano, Las Colinas, Allen, Austin and San Antonio.
