Construction on Meadow Hill Drive is slated to begin soon in Frisco.

The details

At a May 5 meeting, Frisco City Council approved a $2.16 million contract with McMahon Contracting LP for construction on Meadow Hill Drive.

Construction will include repairing asphalt paving with reinforced concrete along Meadow Hill Drive from just west of North County Road. The project will also include building two single-lane roundabouts and making several drainage and driveway improvements, according to city documents.

Construction is slated to begin in June, with an estimated completion of fall 2027, per city documents.

The overall project to widen Meadow Hill Drive into a 26-foot-wide concrete roadway is estimated to cost roughly $3.7 million in total, according to the city’s capital improvement website.

The construction project will be funded by bonds, according to city documents.
