Voters in Frisco will have an opportunity to hear from City Council candidates ahead of the Jan. 29 special election.

The Frisco Chamber of Commerce will host a candidate forum from 6-7 p.m. Jan. 11 at Grace Church, located at 8440 Grace St. The chamber said all three candidates—Sai Krishna, Laura Rummel and Tracie Reveal Shipman—have been invited.

Residents will choose one of the three to replace Council Member Dan Stricklin, who resigned from his seat on Place 5 to run for a seat on the Denton County Commissioners Court.

The chamber will livestream the event on YouTube and its website.

Early voting for the election will occur Jan. 12-25.
