The taco shop, currently open at 11445 Dallas Parkway, Ste. 230, Frisco, serves a variety of dishes, including the cornflake crusted shrimp taco, chorizo fries and fried chicken "elotes" taco. Drinks include frozen margaritas, specialty sodas and local beers.
Owner Mo Assi said a goal of his has been to expand his brand within five years of the original Crush Taco’s opening. With Crush Taco’s fifth anniversary upcoming in December, Assi looks forward to expanding his eatery’s presence throughout North Texas.
The second location, he said, pays homage to “deep roots” in Frisco.
“My whole plan was that I would start expanding the brand within that five-year mark,” Assi said. “This is the first step into that.”
