A new hotel could be coming to the corner of Eldorado Parkway and Frisco Street.
Frisco City Council approved a request to rezone 4.1 acres of land for a future hotel at a Jan. 6 meeting.

The planned hotel is subject to a development agreement between the city and the developer, Frisco Center Properties Inc., which was approved at a Nov. 4 city council meeting.
