Officials with construction company MW Builders announced completion of four new buildings for an industrial park in The Colony, according to a Jan. 10 news release.

Located at 4401 Live Oak Drive, Live Oak Logistics Park’s second phase added nearly 800,000 square feet of industrial space to the development. The new development is already 75% leased and includes completion of four shell buildings.

The details

The multiphase industrial park was developed by Link Logistics, a U.S. development company based in New York City. Architecture firm GSR Andrade Architects designed the park, and engineering firm Halff provided engineering and landscape architecture services.


The four new buildings feature LED lighting and energy-saving smart building capabilities, according to the news release. They also feature clear heights of up 36 feet, nearly 200 bay doors, car and trailer parking, and loading docks.
