Painted Tree Boutiques has closed all of its locations, including stores in Frisco and Grapevine, according to a business representative.

All locations ceased operations April 14 and are now permanently closed, the representative said.

Painted Tree Boutiques hosted a variety of boutique shops selling gifts, home decor and fashion merchandise, according to the company’s website.

Shop owners with inventory at the stores are encouraged to retrieve their items as soon as possible.
