PNC Bank signs lease at Hall Park

PNC Bank signed a lease for a new office space at Hall Park in Frisco.

The new office will support PNC’s continued growth in North Texas and will serve as a workspace to members of the bank’s corporate, commercial and private bank teams beginning in late 2026, according to an April 7 news release.

"PNC Bank is a highly respected financial institution, and we are proud to welcome them to HALL Park,” said Craig Hall, HALL Group founder and chairman, in the release. “Their continued investment in North Texas reflects both the strength of this market and their long-term commitment to the region. We value this partnership and look forward to supporting PNC's growth.”
