The vacant space that was formerly Posados Cafe, located at 9506 SH 121, is set to see new activity: Sometime in fall 2021, it will become a ghost kitchen, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and Embree Asset Group Inc.
Formerly Posados Cafe, which closed in January 2019, the space is set to become a commercial-only kitchen, similar to Zalat Pizza in Frisco. Instead of offering dine-in, the space will become a Kitchen United location that will house around 10 restaurants or chains, which will sell their food via delivery apps. www.kitchenunited.com
