The Lewisville ISD board of trustees approved guaranteed maximum prices for improvements across eight campuses, totaling $112.5 million, at a Feb. 9 board meeting.

The renovations are a part of the 20-year life cycle maintenance and repair projects to improve older campuses, according to district documents.
The guaranteed maximum prices for the renovations were discussed at the Feb. 5 meeting, with the approved prices for the campuses being:
In addition, the board of trustees approved $2.7 million for a roof replacement at Timber Creek Elementary, $5.9 million for softball and baseball locker room additions at Flower Mound High School and $3.3 million for baseball locker room additions at Marcus High School.
The district is using 2023 bond funds, land sale funds, 2024 bond project savings and 2024 bond interest earnings to pay for these projects.
Looking ahead
Renovations for Flower Mound Elementary, Hebron Valley Elementary, LHS Killough, Rockbrook Elementary and Vickery Elementary will begin this summer and be completed after the summer of 2027, per district documents.
The roof replacement for Timber Creek Elementary will begin this summer as well.
Work on the locker room additions for Flower Mound High School and Marcus High School will begin after their respective 2026 seasons.
