Argyle and Lewisville ISD campuses and facilities will remain closed on Thursday, Jan. 29 due to hazardous road conditions caused by freezing temperatures and winter weather, according to district announcements.
The announcements state that while road conditions have improved, many residential neighborhood streets and district parking lots are still unsafe.
LISD officials said cancellation of extracurricular activities and campus events will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and coaches and program leaders will communicate with families.
All after school activities in AISD are cancelled, per the announcement.
