Cotton Patch Cafe on Long Prairie Road in Flower Mound permanently shut its doors in early January, a company representative said.

The restaurant operates several other locations on the northern side of the Metroplex, including restaurants in McKinney, Denton, Frisco, Colleyville and Grapevine. Cotton Patch Cafe offers chicken fried steak, chicken tenders, meatloaf and several cocktails, beer and wine.
