Chuy’s Tex-Mex plans to serve customers in Argyle, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The restaurant will be new construction from the ground up, per the filing, with a footprint of around 5,400 square feet. The construction, which also includes site improvements, is expected to start in September and wrap up in July 2026 at a cost of about $1.75 million, according to the filing.

Based on information within the filing, no exact address is confirmed, but it is in the vicinity of the Harvest mixed-use development.
