The storefront is scheduled to fully open the first week of September, Britton said. It will serve French cuisine with a modern twist and have options for brunch, lunch and dinner. Courses range from puff pastry benedict with French ham, poached eggs, black pepper hollandaise and hash Browns to filet mignon served with beaujolais thyme pan sauce and crispy thin sliced potato and comte cheese cake.
The owner, who doubles as the sommelier, said there will also be a curated selection of premium wines and hand crafted cocktails. Britton also owns The Funky Door Bistro & Wine Room in Lubbock.
