A new golf instruction business, Golf University, is open in Highland Village.

The business, which is owned by Myles Vlachos, offers personal instruction for golfers from swing feedback to working on their short game. Golf University uses a TruGolf simulator, which includes thousands of courses worldwide and provides real-time feedback, for its lessons.

Currently, Vlachos said he is offering new clients a free 90-minute first session along with a 50% discount on the cost of five lessons.

Golf University is related to Vlachos’ other business, Golf Everywhere, which is currently going through the construction process. Flower Mound Town Council approved a site plan for the business last May.
