Clink Wine Bar + Bites serves creative dishes catered to wine enthusiasts
Clink Wine Bar + Bites owner Laura Black aims to bring a restaurant experience to wine lovers, with dishes that pair with her wine selections, she said.
“Our food menu has been intentionally designed to be really curated to go with our wines,” she said.
Since starting the restaurant in May 2021, Black has expanded the menu, added cocktails and introduced a wine club experience.
“There's an attention to detail and to the craft of making a really great cocktail,” she said. “That theme just flows through everything we do from our beers, our wines, our cocktails [and] our food.”

Grutogi Bistro serves breakfast, lunch, drinks in nature-inspired atmosphere in Flower Mound
Owner Eun Seo said the book “The Giving Tree” inspired her vision for Grutogi Bistro in Flower Mound.
“On the last page, the tree gives her stump to the boy who is now an old man,” Seo said. “He sits down to relax and be restored. I wanted to create a space where people can come in and feel better when they leave.”
The word grutogi means stump in Korean, Seo said.
Grutogi Bistro opened its doors in May 2024, providing an experience for customers with lots of plants, comfortable seating, natural light and an emphasis on service.

TBK- The Bees Knees aims to give customers confidence when shopping
TBK- The Bees Knees owner Aimee Buckert seeks to make shopping a joyful experience for customers, she said.
“I want [customers] to know that if you need an outfit, you're going to find something here," Buckert said. “You're also going to find confidence and somebody who wants to help you be the very best that you can be.”
The shop has a booth at Painted Tree in Highland Village and a store in Argyle, Buckert said.
Buckert brings in new products weekly, including luxury loungewear, sweatshirts, sweaters, T-shirts, candles and holiday-themed products. She aims to always have casual dresses, fun and unique gifts, and denim jeans available.

Heather Parks discovered her talent for music at 4 years old when she started playing songs she heard in church by ear on her grandmother’s piano.
“[Music] gave me an identity at a young age and made me feel significant,” Heather Parks said.
Now, with highly qualified teachers and a personalized experience, Heather Parks and her husband, Todd, offer this same feeling of purpose to students at New Song School of the Arts.
“It's neat to see our students find a home in performing on the stage here,” Todd Parks said. “What they're creating is truly beautiful and significant.”

Radiant Nutrition owner and founder Janna Weaver uses her own experience and knowledge to mentor individuals who want to have a healthier lifestyle.
Weaver is a registered dietitian and nutritionist with advanced certifications in adult and pediatric weight management through the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, according to her website.
“It’s been my dream [since college] to be able to sit with people in this setting and meet with them one-on-one," Weaver said. “It really is a moment in time and an opportunity for them to really just get away from their day and come and sit and focus on their own health.”
Radiant Nutrition offers one-on-one nutrition counseling both in person and online for adults, families, athletes and children.
