A new pilates spot is coming to Flower Mound.

Thrive Pilates, next to the Plato’s Closet in town, will offer individual and group classes, along with an infrared sauna. Co-owner Terri Heth said a concept plan for the studio has been created but the business is still in the planning and permitting phase.

She said what will make her studio different from some others in the area is that it will be privately owned and community oriented. Her family has lived in town for more than 30 years, which led them to set up shop there.

"We feel really connected to Flower Mound," Heth said.
