Donatos Pizza
The menu includes thin-crust pizzas, oven baked subs, fresh salads and wings, according to the restaurant’s website. The Flower Mound location is co-owned by Ralph and Lynne Pence, as previously reported by Community Impact.
The Flower Mound Donatos Pizza is one of the first locations for the Ohio-based chain, with another restaurant open in Frisco.

An authentic dim sum eatery, Dragon House, is offering limited seating and a reduced menu ahead of its full opening in late December in The Shops at Highland Village in The Shops at Highland Village.
Customers can choose from made-from-scratch dumplings, hand-pulled noodles, egg rolls, pepper steak, seafood dishes and more, according to the restaurant’s website. Dragon House staff said dumplings are prepared daily by hand in-house.
The restaurant is currently accepting limited reservations of about 30 tables per night during its soft opening ahead of a full opening, which is planned for Dec. 28.
Dragon House currently operates another restaurant in Southlake.

Landshark Car Wash, a locally owned car wash, is now serving customers in Flower Mound, owner Robert Mixon said in an email.
The business offers single wash options or unlimited wash memberships to customers. Either wash option comes with access to a mat cleaning machines, vacuums, towels and air lines.
Mixon said that washes at Landshark are free until Dec. 19 to give customers the chance to try out the car wash.

Lulu’s of Argyle has a new retail store that opened earlier this year, co-owner Amanda Gassaway said.
Lulu’s has fresh flowers every day and a selection of premade bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and gifts, Gassaway said. The florist shop also takes special orders for events such as anniversaries, birthdays and weddings. Lulu’s delivers to Argyle and the surrounding area, Gassaway said.
Gassaway and co-owner Katey Harbison opened the florist shop after the two first met to talk about books, according to Lulu’s website.
“We’re just two local moms and we love flowers and pretty things,” Gassaway said. “We decided that we wanted to have a store.”

Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care, which has locations in Southlake and Dallas, began taking customers Dec. 6, offering dental care, pet nutrition, primary care and other services. Customers can also utilize virtual care or book appointments online through the new veterinary provider.

The restaurant has a special lunch menu Monday through Friday, which includes a house salad and an egg roll. Diners can customize menu options with their choice of protein, including duck, chicken, beef and seafood, along with vegan and vegetarian options and four levels of spice: nonspicy, mild, medium and spicy.
Sakhuu Thai’s dinner menu includes larger portions and signature dishes including duck roti, Sakhuu dumplings, white pad Thai, Phuket Island and messaman lamb, according to the website. Specialty drinks include Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee.
