The new Park Village shopping center in Southlake has announced a slew of new stores that will be opening soon.
According to a news release from Fort Worth-based public relations firm Hutson Creative, the openings are a mix of retail shops and restarts that include Orvis, a outdoors and sportswear store; Potbelly Sandwich Shop, a fast-casual restaurant; Modmarket, a fast-casual restaurant that that features house-made ingredients; Park Village Nail Salon, which will offer manicures, pedicures and waxing services; Malai Kitchen, a southwest Asian cuisine restaurant; and Lemongrass Salon & Spa, an eco-concious salon.
Orvis will open by the end of April. Its grand opening is scheduled for the weekend of May 29.
Potbelly Sandwich Shop and Park Village Salon will open in May, Modmarket in mid-June and Lemongrass Salon & Spa in July. Malai Kitchen has not announced a potential opening date.
The Park Village currently has five stores that are open for business: Beauty Brands, The Fresh Market, Luke's Locker, Michaels and REI. REI opened its doors in November; Luke's Locker opened April 11 but will not host a grand opening until May.
Park Village is owned by Excel Trust, Inc. in San Diego and managed by The Woodmont Company of Fort Worth.
