A new Chipotle Mexican Grill will be constructed from the ground up starting this fall.

The fast-casual Mexican chain restaurant will be brand new and built from the ground up, according to the filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The new structure will be 2,385 square feet and cost $1.8 million, the filing states. Construction is expected to begin Sept. 28 and finish May 24, 2027.
Chipotle offers burritos, bowls, salads, quesadillas, tacos, chips and sides with a variety of customizable options. There are three other Chipotles in Denton, according to its website.
