Invesco Real Estate and Perot Development Co. are working on a new industrial park, dubbed DFW Park 161, in Irving. The first phase of construction will include three logistics buildings totaling more than 1 million square feet. When the project is complete, it will include 2.4 million square feet of space on 196 acres, according to a news release.
